If I wish I could give them one more star . Really great experience with Mr. Sachin Pathak and Desire Home and financial Services. Really energetic, reliable and trustworthy broker I ever seen. I just want to share my experience in short. I built the house and we had another broker who didn’t tell us proper procedures. Even we had the letter from bank which we already approved the home loan but Bank stopped us in middle of the building because The agent provided them wrong info. which we never told to the agent. It was really frustrated situations and had a lot of stress But The man who guided us very simple way and show the right path to come out from that critical situation called SACHIN.
I remembered I was try to ring him 4/5 times a day but he answered me all the time and had the same respect from first call even he wasn’t my broker. This scenario I am talking about Sachin when I wasn’t even his client but he spent a time for me like my family member coz of situation.
Sachin’s specialty is he is available for you any time which suits you and he visits you at your home or anywhere without any failure. That’s not mean he is not busy but I noticed he treats client as a GOD. When I did refinance from Desire Home and financial services, Sachin ask me all the details then he studied properly and came with perfect plan. What a great approach towards the client. Definitely Sachin is more than broker.
